We prepare He Shou Wu extract from the root of Reynoutria multiflora plants. Also called Fo-ti, our He Shou Wu is prepared in a traditional Chinese method, cooked with black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) after the harvest, then purity-verified before extraction. The herb is revered in China.
